Raise is thrilled to welcome Jeff Gagnon to the team as the Executive Vice President, Head of Workplace. With a formidable background in real estate technology and analytics, workplace consulting, and tactical leadership, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.

Prior to joining Raise, Jeff served as the Director of Real Estate Technology & Analytics at Meta, where he was responsible for defining, implementing, and managing real estate and workplace technologies with a focus on employee-facing and business-enablement solutions. Before that, he was Executive Managing Director for the West Region at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing workplace and real estate consulting services for clients across various industries. Jeff also played a crucial role as the National Workplace Services Delivery Lead at Cresa, helping to build and lead their national workplace consulting practice.

As EVP, Head of Workplace at Raise, Jeff will leverage his expertise to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for the future of workplace experiences. He aims to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement, and bring new perspectives for services and digital products to Raise's clients.
