We founded the company in 2016 with the core belief that clients deserved better service and brokers needed a better platform to do their best work. After working in commercial real estate for many years, we felt frustrated with the lack of innovation to solve either of those problems. Our roadmap was clear and we set out to change that.

Almost 5 years into our mission, we've built an incredible team, innovative technology products and intentional culture that is transforming the industry we love into one that we’re proud of. Our core value is to go to the ends of the earth for our clients. That’s what today is all about.

We’re excited to announce that today, we’re not only sharing our new brand with the world, but we are also rolling out an industry-first platform, built from the ground up for our clients. Additionally, we’re expanding our workplace services offering, crafting return-to-office playbooks and developing hybrid workplace strategies along with technology solutions for every company we work with.

Our new name had to measure up to our big vision for the future of work. We set out to build a brand that captured our essence, our ambition, and our optimism for this industry. Raise was inspired by our clients and our mission: to elevate the level of service and outcomes for our community and our people.

We are confident that we have forever raised the bar for commercial real estate and we’re just getting started.
